The retros
The Air Jordan 1 High OG "Royal" returns October 10 for $185 — the OG black-and-royal-blue colorblocking in its familiar leather build, with a special shoe box pulling from one of Michael Jordan's early Nike photoshoots. It's the marquee retro of the month. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG "Howard" opens October 1 at $155, the Air Jordan 6 Low in black/pink foam/laser fuchsia follows October 2, and the Air Jordan 3 "Fireside" and the Air Jordan 5 "Halloween" glow-in-the-dark colorway land October 3 and October 10 respectively. The month closes October 31 with the Air Jordan 14 "Forest Green," a 2005 colorway back for the first time in two decades, timed to Halloween.
Jordan Brand's Black Pack — the Air Jordan 16 and Air Jordan 18 — is expected around October 3, the first drop under the new 232323232323 platform. The Air Jordan 1 Mid "Día de los Muertos" and a New York-exclusive colorway from the Victor Victor x Nike Air Force 1 '01 collection round out the retro-adjacent slate, with Victor Victor's collection continuing in Detroit and Tokyo colorways through the month.
The collaborations
adidas leans on designer partners this month. Song for the Mute brings multiple Samba OG and SL 72 Pro colorways October 16, and Pharrell's Adistar Jellyfish "Red" follows October 24. Bad Bunny returns October 17 with the adidas Gazelle Indoor, and Molly-Mae's Samba "Matcha" and Superstar "Latte" land October 23. On the Nike side, Nike's Air Force 1 '01 "Subway Rat" with a MetroCard hangtag releases October 7 for $150.
The signatures
Halloween runs through the performance lineup this month. Sabrina Ionescu's Nike Sabrina 4 goes vampire for a "Halloween" colorway, Ja Morant's Nike Ja 4 High gets its own "Halloween" build around $180, and PUMA's MB.06 "Hills" — LaMelo Ball's signature — releases October 16 as a homage to his Chino Hills roots. New Balance's Made in USA fall slate adds the 990v4 "Silver Moss" ($185) and the 992 in "Aminé" and "Light Arctic Grey" colorways ($220 each) during the month.
